Jackpotjoy at first seems like a great site. It's bright and colourful, the graphics are almost cartoon like, distancing itself from the real world of gambling.
We decided to take Jackpotjoy up on it's offer of matching our initial deposit, so we put £20 in and were given another £20 to gamble with.
The terms and conditions told us that you have to gamble 4 times what the initial deposit plus sign up bonus is worth before you can make a withdrawal. Understandable, so we decided to try our luck at roulette. We did quite well, and got up to £60 but when we decided to take our winnings and run we found out roulette doesn't count as one of the games you can play to gamble to £160.
Ho hum, we moved on to the instant games then. Even the ones billed as 50/50 games (for example taking a football penalty) seem to have a very high occurrence of a loss, but we managed to gamble £160 and still have £41 in the bank.
Se we thought now is the time to leave and look at another site, but when we withdrew our money we were told that if you make a withdrawal 14 days after opening your account your bonus is forfeited! We came out with £21, a profit of £1!
